These are modular fences to create some fenced of areas.
These assets are free to use in any project, commercial or non-commercial and have been released under the CC0/Public Domain license.
Textures used are all under CC0 licence and do no violate their licensing agreement You will find every fence/wall you see here in the zipped file.

For some reason I'm unable to access the textures for the fences in Unreal
added the textures as an extra separate download if needed.I do not use Unreal and hope this helps you
