New asset pack

New asset pack is live!the start of the cones & barriers asset pack.
The textures are also in a folder now! I will gradualy add them to my other packs aswel

What is in it:

• 8 types of cones
• 6 types of jersey barriers
• 3 types of Type 3 (large) barriers
• a single wooden plank of the Type 3 barrier
• only the stilts of a type 3 barrier
• 3 types of Type 2barrier (small ones)
